We do our best to ship orders received before 16:00 the same day, and at the moment this is generally going well. We are only dependent on external parties such as DPD and DHL, where things are particularly strong at the moment. As a result, the delivery may take a little longer than you are used to from us. In most cases, we can still deliver the next day, but please note that it may take 1 to 2 days longer at this time.

The delivery of the order will be specified in the order confirmation. If your order is placed before 16:00 and the products are in stock, your order will be shipped the same day. If something is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you immediately. If the order is placed after 16:00, your order will be sent the next day. This means that you will receive your package within 1-3 days. 

  • Attention: If your order is placed on the weekend, different delivery times apply. If the order is placed after 16:00 on Friday afternoon, your order will be sent on Monday. 
  • Attention: If you use the bank transfer payment method, the order will be sent after receipt of payment. This may take an extra working day longer.

In order to make payment not only as easy as possible for you, but also safe and familiar to you, we at Umzugsdecken-online.de do our best to offer our customers as many payment options as possible: 

1. Instant bank transfer At Umzugsdecken-online.de you can pay securely through Sofort. Sofort Banking is the international counterpart of iDeal. This method works the same way, but has a different approach with banks to make it work in case of iDeal malfunctions! 

2. Pay in advance You can transfer the total amount to the account number of Umzugsdecken-online.de (IBAN: NL78 INGB 0008 104 615), stating your order number. Your order will then be processed upon receipt of your payment. In your order confirmation, you will find the bank details with the payment reference provided so that you can use the correct payment. Please note: with this method the processing is longer than with other payment methods (approximately 1 working day). (approx. 1 working day) 

3. PayPal Pay easily and directly through your own PayPal account. For more information, see: www.paypal.de. 

4. Credit Card It is also possible to pay with your credit card. You can pay with: American Express, MasterCard or Visa. (Click on the link for more information) 

5. On account Attention: This payment method is only available to best customers who have already placed multiple orders. Your order will be loved and you will have 8 days to pay the bill. You hereby enter into an agreement with Profipack Verpackungen and agree that the invoice will be paid within 8 days.

6. Giropay At Umzugsdecken-online.de, YOU can pay securely online with Giropay. Giropay is the online payment method for the German market. 

7. Klarna pays later With Klarna pay later, you can view, try and experience your order at home as you wish. Satisfied with your order? Grand! Then you pay by clicking on the button.

Does the product not meet your expectations? We will be happy to help you. With Moving-blankets.com, the return is completely uncomplicated. Different legal provisions apply to private customers than to business customers and companies. Therefore, check which conditions apply in your case.

If you have ordered as a private customer, consumer law applies to you. So you have the right to cancel your order. You can do this in writing, by e-mail or in any other unambiguous way after placing your order. Once you have received the product, the right to cancel the order expires. However, 14 working days after receipt of your order, you then have the right to revoke the agreement without giving any reason. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please let Verhuisdekens.com know within the withdrawal period and by means of the model withdrawal form or in any other unambiguous way. After the withdrawal period has expired, you still have 14 working days to return the products. Return forms that have not been sent within 14 working days of the withdrawal period will not be processed. 

Do you want to return the product? Then you must send the products undamaged to the address below. We kindly ask you to fill out the return form to speed up the return process, but you are not obliged to do so.

Conditions for returning 

  • products that are returned must meet the conditions below. Is this not the case? 
  • Then we have the right to charge a depreciation. Products that are returned must be undamaged and complete. The products must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The products must be returned in suitable (re)packaging. 

Return costs 

You shall bear the direct costs of the return costs of the goods. The shipping costs are: package - 8,50€ and pallet - 39,50€. If we have made a mistake, we will of course cover the shipping costs. If you are unable to return the order, we can take care of that for you. We will then invoice you for the costs. 

Pleasemake a note of the shipping number of the carrier and the corresponding postal code when returning so that the shipment can be tracked. As soon as we have received the return, we will deal with it within 3 working days. 

If you have decided to refund your money, it will be returned to the account from which the order was paid. The money will be transferred to your account within 8 business days.

Exchanges 

If you have chosen to exchange products, the products in question will be sent to you as soon as possible.

If you have placed an order as a business customer or company, you are obliged to accept the ordered products as soon as the order has been received. However, you have the right to cancel your order before it is shipped.

We also offer the possibility to pick up your order from us. For example, it is possible when you are in a hurry with your order and want to pick up the goods. So it may be that you are on the track and that saves shipping costs. If you don't buy anything online from us, but you want to, then that's also possible. Pass this on to us by phone or e-mail so that we are informed and this will save time with processing your order.

It is possible to pay afterwards. We work with a credit check and if your company is shown as safe, the goods can be delivered on account. The credit control is carried out by Credit Safe. realized. Yes, you can track the status of your order. Once at the end of the day the packages and shipments are picked up and scanned at the carrier, your package gets a tracking number. The number will be automatically sent to your e-mail address. With this tracking number, you can log in to Hoek Transmission to track the status of your package

In the webshop we use volume discounts if you buy a lot. If you regularly order larger quantities of packaging material, we can make you an appropriate offer at any time. It is advisable to contact us so that we can provide you with an individual offer. This can be a package purchase or certain fixed-price agreements.
