The following terms and conditions are written in Englisch and can be loaded into the customer's main memory. On request, they can be requested at www.moving-blankets.com or at the e-mail address info@moving-blankets.com in digital or written form. They are also handed over to the customer as a PDF file with each purchase confirmation.

PREAMBLE 

Moving-blankets-online operates a homepage for commercial purposes under the domain www.moving-blankets.com. On this website, moving-blakets offers customers products, mainly moving blankets and other materials suitable for moving and transport, for purchase via the Internet. We deliver to consumers and entrepreneurs.

§ 1 PRODUCT SELECTION

(1) The customer has the option of selecting and ordering products on the above-mentioned website. 

(2) With regard to each product, the customer receives a separate product description on the respective website. 

(3) The customer can click on the products he wants on the website. These are collected in a virtual shopping cart and the customer receives a compilation of the products at the end of his purchase at the total final price including VAT and shipping costs. 

(4) Before sending the order, Moving-blankets-online enables the customer to check the order for correctness of content, in particular price and quantity, and to correct it if necessary.

§ 2 REVOCATION

(1) Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details of your statutory right of withdrawal can be found here The right of revocation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. 

(2) The reimbursement of shipping costs and the return costs are regulated as follows in the event of revocation of an order for goods: 

Shipping costs: If you make use of your statutory right of withdrawal, we will reimburse you for the costs of sending the goods from us to you. If the dispatch of the ordered goods from us to you is free of charge for you due to the order value of your order and if you only make use of your right of withdrawal with regard to several ordered goods, so that the part of the goods remaining with you does not reach the amount of the free shipping costs, you have to bear the shipping costs in the amount, as they would have accrued if you had only ordered the goods that remained with you. 

Return costs: In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent as parcels. You shall also bear the costs of returning goods that cannot be sent by parcel. The cost is estimated at a maximum of about 7.50 euros.

§ 3 PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

(1) The list prices at the time of the order, as they were presented on the Internet pages, shall apply. 

(2) The prices are quoted from the place of business of the Moving-blankets-online including VAT without costs for shipping. 

(3) The amount of the shipping costs can be found in the shipping costs list.

§ 4 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

(1) The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order takes place together with the acceptance of the order immediately after sending by automated e-mail. With this e-mail confirmation, the purchase contract has been concluded. 

(2) If Moving-blankets -online has not delivered within 30 days of the order confirmation, the customer can terminate the contract without notice, without having previously given Moving-blankets -online notice of default. 

(3) We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can view your past orders in our customer login area, provided that you have registered with us with an account.

§ 5 EXECUTION OF THE CONTRACT

Delivery 
As far as the ordered products are available, Moving-blankets -online will deliver them within 3 to 4 working days after receipt of payment if advance payment has been agreed, otherwise after receipt of the order, unless different delivery times are specified for the individual products. 

Changes, extensions, limitations of the order
Moving-blankets -online provides a hotline for questions from the customer in connection with the products. This hotline is available to the customer 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) during normal business hours (10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m.). Moving-blankets -online will draw the customer's attention to this again separately on the invoice. 

Copyright and image rights
The contents of our website are protected by copyright. Any use of content beyond pure private consumption to which we have rights or have acquired rights, in particular its publication or distribution, also in or via social networks, requires our express prior consent. 

In accordance with the provisions of the Packaging Ordinance, we are obliged to be affiliated with a company certified for the recycling of packaging material in the so-called dual system. 

Consumers have the option of disposing of the packaging in the waste paper collection, together with old daily newspapers, etc. Necessary foreign adhesions, such as adhesive tapes, labels and the low film content, do not interfere with the recycling process. 

Electrical appliances (e.g. lamps, luminaires, laptops, mobile phones, electronic modules and components, etc.) must not be disposed of with household waste. Consumers can hand in their waste electrical and electronic equipment free of charge at one of the municipal collection points.

§ 6 TERMS OF PAYMENT

(1) Moving-blankets-online will issue the customer with an invoice for the ordered goods, which will be handed over to him upon delivery of the goods or sent by e-mail, unless the corresponding information is already contained in the confirmation e-mail. The customer waives the need to send an invoice in paper form. 

Moving-blankets-online delivers against prepayment or invoice (only for follow-up orders, not for initial orders) via Amazon Payments, Billink, Directbanking, ELV (SEPA-machtiging), Giropay, Klarna, credit cards, Mollie, PayPal, Sofort Banking. Paydirect, Paysafecard or bank transfer. 

Advance payments or orders to debit credit cards will be taken into account when invoicing. Your credit card account will be debited upon completion of the order. 

When buying on account, the ordered goods are sent or delivered to the customer together with the invoice. The purchase price is due for payment within the period stated on the invoice. 

Customers who are consumers are not entitled to advance delivery against invoice. 

In the case of delivery against invoice, the object of purchase remains the property of Moving-blankets-online until the purchase price has been paid in full. Prior to the transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing or redesign is not permitted without the express consent of Moving-blankets-online. Details regarding the collection and use of your data can be found in the privacy policy. Payments are made securely through our payment service provider, who offers you the various payment options. If the payment method direct debit (direct debit) is selected and the customer's bank details are transmitted, the seller is revocably authorized to collect the invoice amount from the customer's specified account. If the direct debit is not honoured due to a lack of sufficient funds in the account or due to the provision of incorrect bank details, or if the customer objects to the debit although he is not entitled to do so, the customer shall bear the fees incurred by the respective credit institution as a result of the chargeback if he is responsible for this. Your account will be debited upon completion of the order. If you wish to object to the direct debit, please contact us either by phone or e-mail. If you return goods, the amount will be credited back to your current account. 

(2) Prices on the invoice are always end customer prices including VAT. VAT is shown separately to entrepreneurs. 

(3) In the event of default in payment, the customer, who is a consumer, is obliged to pay interest on arrears at a rate of 5% above the base interest rate for Moving-blankets-online, unless Moving-blankets-online can prove a higher interest rate. In the case of customers who are entrepreneurs, sentence 1 shall apply with the proviso that the default interest rate shall be 8% above the base interest rate.

§ 7 WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

(1) The customer shall notify Moving-blankets-online of any defects in the product and shall also send the product online at the expense of Moving-blankets-online. 

The provider's warranty is based on §§ 433 ff. BGB and is 2 years from receipt of the goods for new goods vis-à-vis consumers. In business transactions, the warranty is limited to one year and Moving-blankets-online is entitled to repair the product or replace it free of charge at its discretion. 

(2) Moving-blankets-online is liable 

l in the full amount of damages in the event of gross negligence on the part of their organs and executives,l on the merits in the event of any culpable breach of essential contractual obligations, l outside of such obligations on the merits also for gross negligence on the part of simple vicarious agents, unless Moving-blankets-online can exempt itself from this by virtue of commercial custom, l in the amount of the last two groups of cases for compensation for the typical foreseeable damage. 

Any contributory negligence on the part of the customer is to be credited to the customer. Liability for intent, guarantee, fraudulent intent and for damage to health and personal injury as well as under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

§ 8 FORCE MAJEURE

(1) In the event that Moving-blankets -online is unable to provide the service owed due to force majeure (in particular war, natural disasters), it shall be released from its performance obligations for the duration of the prevention. 

(2) If Moving-blankets -online is unable to execute the order or deliver the goods for more than one month due to force majeure, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract.

§ 9 DATA PROTECTION

Moving-blankets -online will comply with all data protection requirements, in particular the requirements of the Telemedia Act. Further details can be found in the privacy policy.

§ 10 FINAL PROVISIONS

(1) The contract language is German. 

(2) Should any provision of these terms and conditions be or become void, it shall be replaced by the statutory provision. 

(3) The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board and are generally not willing to do so.
