WHAT ARE THE POSSIBILITIES?

There are several ways to personalize your moving blanket. Below are our options:

LABEL

You can add a label to your moving blankets. The labels are printed in full color and sewn on one side. You can choose between the following formats for the label: 10x20, 15x20 or 20x30 centimeters. The label is free of charge with a minimum purchase of 250 moving blankets. For a purchase of 100 to 249 pieces, €0.50* per blanket will be charged. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. *Price from €0.50. The price depends on the size of the label.

EMBROIDERY

Your logo will be embroidered on the moving blanket. This is a more elegant way to display your logo on your moving blankets. The advantage of embroidery is that the logo is actually in the fabric. Therefore, an embroidered logo cannot tear off.

WOVEN NAME

If you really want personal moving blankets, you can have your company name or other text woven into the moving blanket fabric. The text is completely woven into the ceiling, so it can never come off or disappear. This gives the moving blankets a unique style and is very eye-catching.

FREE CHOICE OF COLORS

We sell colored moving blankets and moving blankets with stripes. We have certain colors of moving blankets in our range, but you can also request a different color from us. You can also change the color of the strip to your own chosen color. For example, you can opt for a personalized blanket in the color of your logo. For this, a minimum order quantity of 250 pieces applies.

FROM THE ORDINARY TO THE PERSONAL BLANKET

We were able to make a beautiful personalized blanket for CBK Amsterdam. Below we have described the entire process in detail for you. So you know what happens to the moving blanket when you want to personalize it. You deliver your desired logo in the correct file format to Profipack or Verhuisdekens.com. Once you've placed the order, we'll get to work for you. You will always get a test print of the layout of the ceiling first. The production process does not begin until after your approval.

MANUFACTURING PROCESS 

1. First, the blankets are woven on a large machine and finished with the corresponding colored stripes. At this time, it is a blanket on a roll of about 50 meters. Once this is finished, the blankets are shortened to the right size. 
2. Now that the blankets have been made to measure, they are provided with a strong finish (stitch) of jacquard corduroy. This makes the ceilings extra robust and prevents the ceiling from tearing sideways. 
3. When the blankets are completely finished, it's time to add the printed labels to the blankets. These are manually sewn onto the ceiling at the agreed location. 
4. Finally, the moving blankets are stacked in bales of 15, 20 or 25 pieces. The bales are pressed with a baler. Subsequently, the bales are covered with foil all around so that they are transported cleanly. So they are handy bundles. 
5. And after a short time, your moving blankets with logo will be at your doorstep.
